When our Onan generator would not start on our RV we were desperate to find someone to fix it as we were on a month long trip. It turns out that RV dealers are not equipped to repair these generators and Cummins who makes Onan is the place to go. Ted O, based on our description of the problem, agreed to preorder a fuel pump, that would be available by the time we made it to Gillette. When we arrived they said they had several 30/50 amp hookups that we could use, as the repair would take most of the day. It worked out perfectly as we got there in the evening and they had the work done by late the next day. The customer service was phenomenal (thanks Ted!) and everyone was very friendly including their generator "wizard" mechanic who explained what he found and how he fixed it.
It took me a year to write this review and when I recently found the bill in our RV I knew I had to recognize the excellent service.
We can’t say enough about your dealership and extremely friendly and helpful /knowledgable mechanic Nikoli. We were heading home to Canada in a large motorhome with a 13 hour drive ahead of us and broke down. Nikoli went above and beyond to fix our problem and get us back on the road within two hours. Such a pleasure to deal with such professionalism

This place is God put in this area, they really care about the customer and know their engines! Jeff was amazing I had paccar engine they couldn’t read the codes due to software variance but they gave me support troubleshooting and technical service. They didn’t even let me pay after working for over an hour with me in cold outside.

I cannot say enough good things about the Gillette, WY Cummins Service Center. We were 3,000 miles from home in an RV headed to Alaska when a fuel line on the generator started leaking. Ted in the service department was able to work us in that day so we made a 2 ½ hour detour to reach the service center. They quickly found and fixed the problem and sent us on our happy way! I would drive 6 hours or more out of the way to use this service center. 5 Star rating!

Top of the customer service relations. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The mechanics are willing to come out front and discuss you truck problem when you get stumped doing your own repairs and need some helping advice. As with all Cummins shops they are quite pricey. But you are getting Cummins Certified Service and OEM parts. That makes the added price acceptable in my book.
