If u want to know what is robbery , it's definitely right place for u
I heard some companies robbery their customers , but never had experience like this in person ? before I brought my truck to this company
I checked in 7:00am , they didn't start working because they missed 11 numbers of my vin # , so it's weird , they could call me and ask , but they preferred wait for my question " why nothing happens ?"
OK, after 4 hours of waiting they brought me estimate ---- they tried charge me almost 1400$ ????????? for exhaust pipe repair ?♂️?♂️?♂️ 920$ just for labor ?♂️
It's ridiculous ?
They charged me 117$ just for estimate ?♂️
I fixed everything my self , I am not professional mechanic , i just poor owner operator . it took me less than 3 hours to fix my problem ( including visiting Harbour Tools) , so total cost little bit more than 120$ for everything
I would not recommend this company .
I put 1 star just because Awesome ladies work in service department , they are so nice , kind and friendly ?
Tiffany, Tucker and team helped get us back on the road after some routine maintenance and checks. Same day service, reasonable pricing, excellent work. If you need work done on your truck or Diesel RV, I highly recommend Interstate. Clean shop, professional techs, good people. Thanks Interstate!!!

Had my transmission go out of my rig. They were able to replace it in 3 days but came out almost double the original quote. They replaced the rear main seal as well saying "it was leaking really badly" but I had a full over haul done less then 45k miles ago (rear main seal out you will have to put 1 gal of oil in a day and you would have a huge puddle under your truck every morning) and it wasn't using any additional oil then any other CAT that I have come across in 15 years driving.
You can get the work done and quickly but you are going to PAY THE PRICE for it.

Last week while traveling through Gillette on our family vacation we encountered some trouble with our diesel truck. We pulled into a parking lot and after a quick google search found Interstate. They were such a blessing to us. They had us come right out to their shop. They did a quick computer test and figured out the problem. They literally dropped what they were doing to get us in. Tristan and Josh went above and beyond to get our truck fixed and us back on the road safely and in great time. Tristan is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does. Every one there was so kind and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. I am so thankful for them and their wonderful customer service! They saved our vacation!

Called them for an airbag replacement on my semi trailer. I took them my trailer to see if they had the part in Stock. They did not. But they found the part in town quickly. Soon after the part arrived I was all fixed and ready. The employees here are nice and respectful. I highly recommend them to everyone.
