Took two months of calling every other day for him to tell me to go somewhere else. Missed three appointments and on the one he did show up to, he yelled at a kid he was "training" the entire time and fixed nothing. Shockingly unprofessional!

Terrible service, they quoted us a price on getting our space heater fixed and it ended up being triple of what was quoted. I picked it up and it didn't even work. I went back to have them take another look and when I was coming in his dogs got out and got upset with me. He wouldn't take a look at the heater until his team found the dogs. He cares more about his dogs then his customers. If you have any other option use them.
