Bruce visited location in Bondurant WY on June 6th. He explained his companies services in detail and fees structure for this visit. We did a thorough inspection of the outside of the building , pointing out potential access points and complementing work completed. We then went inside for a room to room inspection, again identifying areas of concern , and noting work already done . There were no immediate signs of infestation, but recommended work to be completed by owner or contractor and suggested that we give him a call should any animal infiltrate the property. Very satisfied!
Came out quickly. Thoroughly explained and walked us through every step but also listened to our concerns and took our suggestions. Was knowledgeable and willing to come do a pest control job other companies were not. Pleased with their efficiency and helpfulness.

We couldn’t be more happy with Bruce & his team. We had a rat problem. We originally thought it was a squirrel & Bruce said his behavior didn’t seem like a squirrel. He was right. It was a rat! He suggested that we block off the room the rodent was getting into & was able to set up a trap. problem solved as soon as the rat came out for food & water. So happy to have this problem solved. Discovered a huge bat colony in the thousands living in our attic last summer 2023. We received several quotes but due to the huge cost decided to tackle the problem ourselves. It was a horrible experience and took us all summer to get them out and clean the unbelievable biohazardous mess they left. To our horror we discovered bats again in May 2024. This time they weren’t able to get into the attic but were now in the walls of our home. We immediately contacted Bruce’s company for help. He came out to do an inspection and bid that evening, knowing we would be entering the bat protection period for gestation. It wasn’t cheap but we wanted the job done right this time. Bruce and his team came right out and sealed access points along the entire roof and ridge cap. He then installed the one way vents and within a matter of a few days the bats were gone. His team was responsive, professional, timely, knowledgeable and genuinely good people. They also warranty their work which gave us peace of mind.
Bats are very unique wildlife and it really takes someone who truly understands their roosting and reproduction patterns to effectively manage them. I would highly recommend Bruce and his company to anyone who has a bat problem, needs the job done right and wants a company with real integrity that stands behind their work. This is rare these days and it was our pleasure to write this review in hopes of helping someone else who is looking for a reputable company.

We really appreciated Bruce's honesty about the difficulty of our project because of our siding. He laid out a plan to try and deal with our bat problem in phases, friendly, and professional.

Professional, efficient and friendly is the best way to describe Bruce’s work when dealing with any bat invasion during the summer months in the Aspens. Bruce is proactive in securing that no future bat problems arise. His late night observations of any bat flow is so impressive to really focus in on where any problem is or could be in future timing. When getting right into solving/plugging the bat entry, he works around your schedule as not to disturb your daily life. Highly recommend.
