I just called them for an emergency situation and asked if they did outside bait traps, they replied “no” so I mentioned that I would call someone else for that service then but asked if they’d still come to set inside traps asap (hopefully today) and set up checks for those. After checking with Dean himself about availability, because I had mentioned calling a different company to come service me with outside bait traps which they do not provide they refused to come at all and literally told me that they would not come help me! Terrible customer service!! When they are the only local same day service to act that like was appalling! I will never call them again for anything.
