Rachel is a delight to work with. I always get appointments quickly and easily. They always solve the problem for me and they are a delight to work with. What a fantastic company. I like their quick response. It can happen in Jackson, if a company wants too!!

The guys were great. They had to troubleshoot some plumbing issues that I had. They ended up replacing a toilet which fixed the problem. They worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. I'd recommend Charlie's for your next plumbing adventure!

Alex called me back quickly after my initial call for service. They arrived the same day, assessed the problem, provided an estimate , then proceeded to fix the plumbing issue. Very satisfied. Dennis

The firm kept us up to date on the timing of their scheduled appointment. The two T's (Charlie's technicians) arrived as scheduled, worked steadily, and when they encountered unexpected difficulties, continued working into the early evening in order to finish the job in one day so that we would have water.
The rerouted piping was neat, level and square, the new water heater upgraded to current codes. We are very pleased.

I was able to fix my hot water heater for $50 in parts after Charlie's plumbing estimated that the Job would cost $950. I'm very disappointed and feel that I was taken advantage of. I would recommend that anyone who needs plumbing service get a second opinion or DIY.

We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. Tim came in and got us taken care of right away. He was professional, cheerful, and got the job done quick. Very grateful for their help. Would for sure call them again!
