Last winter with snow on the roof, I was able to obtain bids to replace my roof from 3 contractors. Two bids were within $600 on a replacement costing over $50,000. I picked 307 Imperial Roofing because their staff was responsive to questions, had a local office and were very helpful getting larger samples of asphalt shingles for me to make a selection. They also had good reviews. A date was set for the replacement, but weather conditions caused delays. The staff again was helpful to get a date that would work for both of us. The replacement was done by a hardworking crew who put in long hours. The crew was polite, answered any questions I had. I have had problems with ice dams on part of the roof and the staff suggested some changes that should help solve the problem which made a lot of sense. I won't know until next winter how well it works (increasing size of ridge vent) but I'm glad that it was done. The final bill was slightly less than the original estimate. I would hire them again!
They provided a competitively priced bid, were transparent about their pricing, showed up on time, completed the job ahead of schedule, and left the site in immaculate condition. The office staff were excellent communicators throughout the process and highly organized. About as smoothe a process as a new roof installation could ever be!

I purchased a metal roof from 307 Imperial Roofing. I love it! It looks great, and with the snow bars, it keeps the snow off the entrances.

I hired 307 Imperial Roofing to clean our gutters last year. The invoice that they originally sent me included twice as many hours as it should have. When I let them know that I was home the entire time and that there must have been a mistake, they corrected the invoice immediately. Kinda sketchy, but no big deal, mistakes happen.
I scheduled them months out to clean our gutters again this year, and they said that they would put us on the schedule. Unfortunately they contacted me the week they said that the work would be completed and let me know that they were too busy to follow through on their previous commitment.
One mistake is no big deal, but two mistakes two years in a row is an indication of poor management.
Edit/Update: The owner called me on my personal phone after reading this review and angrily said that "I should clean the gutters myself." Again, an unfortunate indication of poor management.

The people at 307 Imperial Roofing could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to work with. I am extremely pleased with the result. Looks great. No leaks. Very happy. No matter the weather conditions they were here to work and they work very hard without wasting a moment of time. I have only praise for them. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

307 Imperial Roofing did a great job replacing a roof for us! They were incredibly timely from start to finish. We have tenants living in the home and the tenants complimented on how friendly and professional the crew was on site everyday. They also very much appreciated the thorough clean up they did each day so the lawn was clean of debris and nail free for their dog. I would use them again!

Imperial has the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They quickly and efficiently replaced my entire asphalt shingle roof with two extremely long days of hard work. I was impressed. And it was wonderful to have it done quickly, because roof replacement is a very noisy nuisance, especially if you work from home like me. Their price was also significantly lower than quotes I received from two other roofing companies. They did a good job of cleaning up. I would recommend Imperial to anyone considering a new roof. The only suggestion I have is that the team that removed the old roof could have helped my wife and me move deck furniture, grill, flower pots, etc., away from the house before starting demolition. I would also suggest covering nice decks and porches with a tarp or some material. We have a new synthetic deck that has some small black marks from asphalt on the bottom of old shingles that come off the roof quickly during demolition. I'm sure we'll be able to remove them with an appropriate solvent, and Imperial provided a discount for the inconvenience, and offered to reimburse me for the cost of whatever solvent we buy.

Our wood shake roof was 22+ years old and showing its age. We reached out to 5 companies for quotes. Of the 4 that showed up only 3 provided quotes and 307 Imperial Roofing won due to price, work quality and speed. We found 307 Imperial Roofing to be very fast removing and replacing 2/3 of our 262 Squares in 2 1/2 weeks. They were immediately forthcoming with decking issues and replacement of same. Their work quality proved to be top notch with all shake lines straight and even. Their attention to details such as ridge cap ends for aesthetic appeal gave the final product a PERFECT score. They worked clean providing clean-up each day and even cleaned in a neighbors yard after a high wind episode. We found 307 Imperial Roofing to be very professional in all phases of their work and would consider using them again without hesitation.

307 Imperial was a great fit for our organization. They provided a timely and competitive bid. Our communication was efficient and the job was done ahead of schedule. Even though the roof was done in the winter time and some of the debris was buried under snowfall, they were willing to come back to the jobsite in the spring/summer to clean up and remaining debris. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We will use them again for future projects. Cruze, Samantha and Armando and the entire crew are a great team!
