Excellent communication! Heidi called & emailed exactly when she said she would. The estimate came back sooner than expected. Excellent customer service! Very very pleased! Once window arrived at showroom, installation date was set. Jacob & Chris called, arrived promptly & did a fantastic, quick installation!! Extremely nice & courteous! The communication in advance of and throughout their visit was excellent. They promptly repaired our window, asked if there was anything further they could do, and patiently fielded questions I had about our windows and future maintenance. They were also incredibly friendly, efficient, and obviously experts at their craft. Yet again, we continue to be impressed by and grateful for everyone at Pella!

Carroll Bogard was excellent to work with. He drove over 6 hours total to help the contractor measure our windows. He also helped us find a wonderful contractor who did an outstanding job installing and trimming our new pella windows. When the hardware wasn't delivered with the windows, he drove another 6 hours to install the window hardware. This was awesome. He made sure every window (approximately 45) was working properly. Carroll went above and beyond to make certain everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend him for pella window sales. Thank you.
