Gary's Plumbing & Heating took my emergency call and was quick to resolve my customer's clogged drains. Will call them again for any other issue in the area first. And affordable. Recommend anybody living in the area to call them first for Heating & Plumbing needs!!

They don't do plumbing despite it being in the name. Allegedly they only do HVAC, which is hilariously ironic.

Contacted them today to repair my furnace. With my novice trouble shooting I thought it was a inducer motor that was bad. They trouble shot the problem just to find a dirty air pressure switch. Rather than install parts, they cleaned them. Honest business, thanks for your good, quick and honest work on getting my heat back!!!

During our last cold snap my pressure switch on my furnace went out and it was 20 degrees in my house! I called Gary's and they sent Justin out right away. He diagnosed the problem very quickly but unfortunately did not have the part with him. He left to check at the office but ended up having to order it. As I did not have any space heaters he brought me a couple to use for the night. The part arrived the next day and Justin called me and came out right away and installed it. He tested the furnace and all was well.

Gary's was hired by the buyer of my home for an inspection. When inspecting the sewer line, they did not contact me to find out how to access the sewer clean out, rather pulled the toilet without my knowledge or permission and did not replace correctly. They needed to clean out the sewer line, and had to come back for that service but charged almost twice what I was quoted by other local plumbing services. Additionally they recommended work to the heating system including replacing a part due to wear and tear that had been recently replaced (and is still well within it's recommended lifespan). The total repair cost far exceeded what any other company in town would have charged for the same work.

The plumbers were very professional. They were on time for their schedule appointment and had our hot water heater installed within 45-minutes. Jana at the office was amazing and she she provided my wife, mother-in-law and me outstanding customer service. Interesting enough they were able to get the job done where Home Depot was unable. They earned a job WELL DONE and a very BIG thumbs up!
