Bailey and the team at Laramie land have been super helpful. The rental I was in got sold and they were so quick to find me something that fit my budget fit my lifestyle and we’re nothing less than awesome during all of it

Staff (Bailey) could use a course in common human decency and emotional intelligence. Consistently rude and demeaning. Laramie is the most wholesome town I’ve lived in aside from this establishment.

Laramie Land Company has been managing my rental properties in Laramie for several years now. I have both houses and apartments. They are the best management company I've ever worked with BY FAR! Communication is clear and often. Their Monthly statements are clear and concise, transferring directly into our accounting for annual income tax. They schedule and carry out special projects as they come up. (Egress creation for a subterranean unit, Giant Tree removal, Stair Tread and balcony repairs....Big stuff, not just roofs and faucets). I can't say enough good about the whole crew at Laramie Land Company. I've never before worked with a company that is so competent and on top of absolutely everything!

Effie did a great job managing the difficult Laramie real estate market and working with us inexperienced first time home buyers to get us the house that was the right fit for us. Then worked with us every step of the way up to closing so we felt confident with our purchase. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't change a thing

Renting from this company might not be a good idea if you like open lines of communication or getting your security deposit back. Extremely unprofessional to (without any contact) assume we were totally moved out and start showing the property. Messages are not replied to, nor even acknowledged, and even with constant attempts they have taken over 5 months to return the security deposit. Their account management system is atrocious and uses multiple behind-the-scenes accounts (that you can't see from the resident portal) to be able to give you late fees for "unpaid" late fees. Nonexistent maintenance - the dishwasher stayed broken until we moved out. They didn't even have photos of the property we were renting, so they relied on us to provide pictures for re-listing, and then we were told that pictures just weren't enough, and we'd need to take a full video walk-through and send it to them. This is by far the most unprofessional property management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No not rent from them.
