Thanks to Jared, my project got complete ?????
They supply some basic hardware needs but fail to take in consideration community needs in a timely manner or consider what is actually wanted. My impression is that minimal effort into quality materials, quality items or acquisition sources. There are many blank product support pins regularly in the iles due to not ordering or whatever the cause. In my opinion, short of sincere management effort here. It is too bad, the store has the potential to be much better. The staff here are friendly people and for the most part to be helpful.
I have experience with an independently owned hardware store in SE Alaska snd in central Nevada that made sure that community needs were met and acquired and stocked the necessary items at high quality and lowest cost through independent sources and at bulk package supply sources for self sale. They did not sell junk from cheap wholesale supplies of poor quality and high individual package prices. The stores were just slightly larger than A to Z. They made sure inventory was kept in stock. There were no empty shelf spaces
They took care of their clientele, very supportive, knowledgeable, successful and highly respected. Besides that, everything had to be barged up at the Alaska star store.

Very courteous owner and employees. There is quite a variety, but as in a small town, you will not find everything you need at times. It was my first stop before going to the Big Chain store in town.

A few minutes after entering the store a manager was yelling at the young employees and berating them for not working. His voice was so loud that everyone in the store could hear what he was saying. I actually thought a fight or some kind of disturbance was happening. Very unprofessional, please reprimand employees in private.

I just was there this morning!
I rented a u-haul trailer and it was much easier than buying a bolt.
The man who attended me is very friendly, kind and nice, he explaned to me really clear all about the contract.
He deserves a raise!

In the relatively small town of Pinedale, WY. you often can't find a particular product that you are looking for, but A to Z Hardware will often surprise you when they say they have what you're looking for. The owner takes pride in greeting every customer who walks in the door to help guide you to the isle you need. The staff is trained in things like plumbing, so they can often tell you what item you need for your project. Great place!

A real hardware store. Instead of having eight varieties of something, they carry the one or two you actually need. Usually beats Ace on price. Definitely beats Ace on service!
