They failed to call and tell me my rental wasn't available. I tried to give them another chance with a dozer rental and they are several hundreds of dollars more than the other area rental companies. Definitely going in the wrong direction for a small town

At first, I had a malfunctioning carpet cleaner and was told to bring it back to the store. Once I got there, they immediately worked on it and got it operating within 20 minutes. After I brought the cleaner back, Jesse was nice enough to offer me a discount on my rental. Locally operated and quality customer service is what you’ll get.
