If I could give zero I would. Was told I’d have a dumpster Wednesday. Apparently their truck got stuck Wednesday and broke down Thursday and then today(Friday) they called saying they can’t deliver to my address. The address I gave them the first day I called.

We just bought a house and noticed this company is the one all our neighbors used so we thought it would be the best option. We’ve been here now over a month and our trash has only been picked up once despite us paying for service very other week. On top of that every time I’ve tried to call the office DURING their business hours (for over two weeks now) I never reach a person to speak with, it just sends me directly to leaving a message and no one ever gets back to me. Earlier this week my husband finally got ahold of someone and they said they would come get our trash that day and gave us the schedule that pickup should happen on, but it’s now been 2 days since then and they still have not picked up our trash. I had to call a customer service office at another location just to get ahold of someone at all.

This had always been a great service for us until recently when they determined that there are roads in the country that are not "good enough" for their trucks and that the dumpsters are not "emptied enough" for them to provide the service. They showed up at peoples houses with no notice and just removed their dumpsters with no notice. This is not a good way to provide customer service.

One of the worst companies ever! The majority of the time they only dump about half the dumpster. If things fall on the ground while they are dumping it, they are too lazy to pick it up. If there is ANYTHING in front of the dumpster, they won’t dump it at all. One time there was an empty 5 gallon bucket in front of the dumpster and they wouldn’t dump it. When they were called anout it, they sent a picture of the 5 gallon bucket and said that was why they couldn’t dump it, And of course they won’t knock anything off the bill when they don’t dump it or only partially dump it. And of course there isn’t any sense in leaving this review because they don’t care, because they have no competition!
