The lady at the front desk is clueless and rude. Customer service Is absolutely ridiculous. I called to see if I could get counter tops done in my home. I wanted them to come get the measurements to make sure they would fit perfectly but instead they wanted me to get the measurements and draw up the plans. I find this absolutely ridiculous. Not everyone can draw up their own plans and measure right. I recommend people going elsewhere if they want to professional job.
