I recently reserved a piece of equipment to to be rented. When I checked to verify my reservation status the day before, they found that there was a problem, and they were not going to be able to give me the piece of equipment that I originally rented. They went above and beyond to provide an equal to or better piece of equipment and even deliver it in order to satisfy the original rental reservation. I was very impressed with their professional customer service, and their willingness to do everything they could to satisfy their customer. Kudos to you guys, you're much appreciated.

The Service Person that I have been working with over the past few months was very helpful in all aspects of the Rental. Her Name is Lola, and she was very professional and kind every time we corresponded. Trust me she was probably tired of me until the very end.
