Our RV broke down (CAT C7 blower fan bearing blew) on interstate 80 just outside of Rock Springs Wyoming. Although this dealer doesn't normally work on RVs, they are there to help a stranded traveler.
They took me in, replaced the bearing that blew, and got me back on the road within a couple days.
I can't say enough good about Rick, the service manager, and how he worked to get around some of the issues they found while they're doing the service.
Jared, the main mechanic that worked on our problem was very attentive and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible.
The lead mechanic (I think his name is Dan or Doug, I don't really remember) was wonderful on the initial visit in helping us figure out what they could do to get us back on the road. And he stayed involved with the job until completed.
Even the parts department, Jay, I think it was, was great. Efficient, got the parts fast which allowed us to get on the road fairly quickly.
Thank you so much guys for great customer service and getting the job done. We're back home now in Chicago.
Talked to Jay in the parts department. Very helpful and super friendly! Will ask for him again.

Wyoming Machinery is a great organization. They sell quality products and offer excellent customer service. I also think they are ingrained in the communities, and are working to improve everyone around them.

Great service in replacing the air conditioner compressor in our motorhome. Everyone at CAT Rock Springs was friendly and helpful. Very competent technical staff.
