Very helpful, had the parts we needed to fix a water connection on our RV while on the road. Problem is I learned after installing them that they are defective and leak. Yes I use Teflon tape, etc. three levels of employees over the phone are baulking at refunding me, like as though I can drive hundreds of miles out of the way just to return these items. If the outcome is positive, I will certainly revise this review. Update: when I was finally able to reach the manager he issued a credit on my card even though Ace will not reimburse him because he does not have the parts. That was very helpful.

Edit 2 yrs later. They have a post office. I uploaded a couple of photos. Original review: This is one of the most helpful places I've been to. They answer questions readily, help find things, and even assembled a reel lawn mower I bought there. I would highly recommend this store.

Just bought a 100lb propane tank from them, took it outside. The manager Rhonda was already there filling propane and refused to fill it. Said she was done for the day at 6:30. Was pretty rude about the whole deal.

Great staff here. Very helpful...They find you to ask if you need help. Was in to have keys made & employee went above & beyond to find the correct key for one of 3 different keys I was having copied. For another recent trip I had 3 different employees approach asking if we needed help. If you want to support local AND have good service, shop Ace Hardware.
