It seems they need some training about customer service. They need someone who is friendly and helpful. They also need to inform people up front that they don't send paper bills. Disappointed in these guys.

My husband and I were treated terribly by staff after their truck leaked a 3 ft by 3ft puddle of oil in our driveway. The "secretary" (the owners mother) was beyond rude, blamed the incident on us, and hung up on us. The manager would not call us back. I had to do some internet sleuthing to find the owners number and call him. He made things right by having someone come clean up the mess. Needless to say we went with another provider.
