Thank you Carson’s appliance for being able to locate a washing machine clutch and have it available for pickup so fast! Awesome customer service and also gave me some tips for installation.
I am really not sure how I lived life without knowing about Carson's. They are fast and responsive and it's SO easy to pay because they do online payments (it's the little things you know?!). I use them on rentals and personally and have nothing but good things to say. My garage disposal stopped working at my house suddenly and they were at my house within 24 hours and when I got home the sink was scrubbed down and cleaner than I even left it. That's a good business owner. I was so pleased!

I was told that if I bought my cooktop downdraft from Carson. I don't have to pay for installation. I ended up have to pay for installation and electrician. Customer service and honesty are very important for doing business. Definitely, Carson does not have. I will not use his service again

No calls back after we called and went thru a list of new appliances for our kitchen. We had a plan to meet and tried to set a time and got no call back! He was actually asking for 100% up front even.. but we wanted a local retailer. We moved on. We know now that we will never waste time on trying to use Carson’s again!

Carson is very knowledgeable about the products and has fantastic customer service. I would dare say top appliance supplier and installation expert in Sheridan.

Carson's Inc. is really friendly and his heart is in the right place but struggles when it comes to schedule. Overall, I am happy with the end product, but
ordering scheduling, installation scheduling and warranty scheduling were all issues in my experience with this company.

they came out to look at my dryer, said they were ordering parts and a month later and multiple phone calls and messages i still have not heard from them. i had to call another conpany to fix the dryer! if i could give negative stars i would!

Carson came the same day we called and in a matter of minutes he figured out the problem with our refrigerator and went to his truck for the part, replaced it and it started working properly. Everything is back to normal this morning and we are very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic.We will definitely call him for any future problems with any appliances that may need repair. Thanks for a great job!

Carson is awesome. Works hard and late hours. Fixed my washing machine with his mighty strength. He's a happy person as well!
