I recently moved to a new house and discovered that the previous owner did NOT make repairs as was required by our sales contract!
I used A+ Appliance for repairs on my gas cooktop. The company sent a repair man to my house who took one look at my cooktop and told me that at 10 years old, the appliance parts are no longer available. This required about 2 minutes. Then the company gave me a bill for $110 (for the visit) and promptly left.
Two weeks later I contacted A+ Appliance again to make repairs to my refrigerator. The company sent a different repair man and again I was told that the refrigerator could not be repaired because it is more then 10 years old and parts aren't available. Again, this took about two minutes. Again the company sent me another bill for $110 (for the visit.)
It is noteworthy that the repair men never lifted a finger to repair either of my appliances and still gave me bills for $220. So I paid $220 and never received one minute of service or help!
I do not waste my money on vendors that do nothing and still send significant bills!
I would NOT use this comany for any reason and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PAY FOR NOTHING!
The lady answering the phone, Tasha or Latasha or something like that, was super rude and not helpful at all. Couldn't provide a basic request for an appt. I had scheduled. I cancelled the appt. and found another plumber who is happy to work with me. She also tried to say that I would have issues with what I was requesting with other companies when I have never had an issue getting what I requested except with this company. Not professional at all!! Will not be calling them for any services nor recommending them.

In the last 3 years I have called A Plus for assistance with a couple plumbing issues, and several appliance issues, and every time I have had a great experience from start to finish. It gets scheduled in a decent amount of time, with a 2 to 4 hour window. They arrive on time or early every time and have helped me get everything running properly. I recommend going to them first for plumbing or appliance assistance.

I highly recommend this company. I called them regarding my dryer, making a terrible noise and they showed up right away and even had the spare parts needed to fix it. I will definitely call them again.

Our experience with A+ Plumbers goes back to the 1990s when we completely plumbed our cabin. We were happy with their work. So when I had a problem with my 7-month old Maytag washer and looking for someone to do the Warranty work, I was relieved & happy to discover A+ could handle it.
I called A+ and explained my problem to the receptionist (my machine was locked up with a tub of clothes in water). She said it was an emergency and someone would be there at 9 a.m. the next morning. Her understanding & professionalism was appreciated. At 8:30 Ralph confirmed, and showed up early.
As I watched Ralph work, it was obvious he had the knowledge to tackle my problem and quickly took apart the machine to replace the Lid Lock Circuitry. Finishing up he checked out the machine & discovered another problem with the Drain Pump Wiring. He could also fix this, temporarily, while waiting for the new parts to arrive. Two weeks later A+ called and the receptionist scheduled another appointment 2 days later, to install them. Again, Ralph confirmed, and was able to come out a few minutes early and had the machine completely repaired within ½ hour.
While visiting as Ralph worked, I asked about & he explained that A+ maintenance men are constantly attending continuing education classes to keep up on changes as new appliance models are released. Watching him work, I am confident they know what they’re doing.

Made an appointment more than 2 weeks out for on my day off. Get a call today at 2pm Friday 10/14 to reschedule my appointment for Monday 10/17 to later on in the week. What a nice thing to do. Now I'm going to be out even longer with a different company. Don't waste your time

I have used A Plus for plumbing services in the past and have been very satisfied with the work and punctuality. Naturally I assumed I could expect the same service with the appliance repair. This was not the case. It took Over a Month to get a washer and dryer repaired, despite the technicians several comments that it was a 'quick repair'. I would not be so dissatisfied with the work had it not been for having to constantly call to find out if parts were in, if the technician was going to show up after missing two separate dates that were scheduled. When using a professional service it would be nice if you didn't have to manage the worker. I should also note that the dryer is still not fixed. Said he was going to get it done yesterday and here I am yet again waiting for a call back.

Scott came by today and I informed him that my washer drain was backing up and that the spicket was leaking even when the water was turned off. I also told him that my toilet was leaking and you can smell urine. After observing he noticed the toilet was cracked. He left to go get parts for everything and came back within an hour. He installed everything very quickly, tested it and cleaned up like he had not been here. He was very professional and communicated issues and solutions very well. I would recommend and use again in the future.
