honestly, the older gentleman inside who extremely helpful. I didn't get his name but he answered all my questions and assisted me with my building plans. The reason I gave two stars is because when I was instructed to pull around back to pick up my lumber, some skinny kid named Steven was suppose to help me out. He looked in my car and said it wasn't possible to fit, so we decided to put it on top of the car after I asked him it strapping material was available and offered to go get a "more suitable" vehicle. Once it was on the roof, he goes inside and brings out a yard of twine for all my 2 by 4s and plywood and said "this is where my company says its in your hands", and then leaves. So, me and my uncle with a broken arm got the lumber off the car and fit it into the car while Steven stood there with some girl and watched. If this is what customer service is, I'm shocked. I'll be calling his manager tomorrow.
