It pays to buy appliances locally! I had a large freezer I had bought go bad. They came out, picked it up, and gave me two loaner freezers for a couple of months. They replaced the freezer under warranty and I never had to do any paperwork, because they handled everything! Then the door on the new freezer wasn't closing properly and they came out and straightened it for no cost. A great example of local people who care about their neighbors.

This family owned business is very welcoming and has great selection for a small town store. They're constantly ordering new appliances, fixing up used ones, and will give free delivery in town. Prices aren't much higher than Billings or Cody, so it is totally worth it - especially because they deliver locally!
