Mohsin from Solar Harbour was excellent, he explained everything and was great to deal with. Highly recommended.

One other thing to note: my neighbour and my brother in law also got their panels installed from Mohsin (Mosh) and Solar Harbour before more, and had 5/5 experience, which is why I was next.

Very knowledgeable staff and hardworking installers.
I consider we had a good price from the Solar Harbour, a couple things I have noticed were that it would have been better if they could tell us in advance our outdoor plans might have been affected by the installation processes, and it would have been good to receive slightly more information from their staff soon after the installation about the next steps with our energy supplier and instructions for how to use apps.
But overall, we are pretty happy with the services.

I had a terrible experience with this Solar Harbour. The panel installation (arrangement) was very different from the initial plan provided by the owner/ salesperson. The technician did not provide any update on the changes and the final result affected the facade of my house.

They also damaged the roof of my brand new home. The technician did not inform me that they had damaged the roof. I noticed it on the same day and reported it to the owner/ salesperson. The owner/ salesperson was very defensive when I reported the damages. He had promised warranty on installation and assured me that he will fix the roof. It’s now been over a month and I haven’t heard anything from him.

Don’t fall for the false promises particularly around the warranty. Please look around for quality installers as there many in the market.
