I had them come out to install new gutters in my home in Bondi, and I was really impressed with the quality of their work. Their team was knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to explain the installation process to me. The gutters look great and I feel much more secure knowing my home is properly protected.

Avoid at all costs. Paid $4k to have our roof done - was given budget options and went with the "full package" and 10 year warranty. The front of the house they used tape which didn't waterproof anything. There is a major leak causing damage in the back of the house. I've been calling Brendan repeatedly since he did the work to come back and honour the warranty. There's a different excuse each time - "I'm too busy" "I'm on holiday" "too many people calling me." He said he'd send someone out and they never came.

My next step will be Fair Trade if this doesn't get resolved in the next few weeks.
