Review by real person. Not related. Large renovation. These guys provided me with beautiful mirrors. Not only are they amazing to look at and use, but the engineering behind the frame and the way it is placed on the wall puts these mirrors in a class of their own. Even my very hard to impress builder was impressed. I thank Clearlight Designs for their wonderful product and service. I highly recommend this vendor.

Working with Warwick and Jane from Clearlight Designs has been an absolute dream, which was such a relief during a stressful renovation.

We've been super happy with Clearlight's customer service, their team's knowledge and experience, and overall support throughout the purchase and delivery process, the incredible care taken in packaging and delivering the mirrors in the shipping process (packed within an inch of their lives) and all backed by a strong warranty that says "we back our product/brand the old fashioned way".

The quality of our two beautiful new mirrors has exceeded our expectations (see photos - doesn't do them justice, especially the backlit round mirror as it's hard to see the backlighting in an enclosed bathroom - it can give the impression of a ring of light around it, which isn't there).

After loads of research in the market, we were constantly surprised by the lack of size options that we were after or cheap quality finishes in most of the competitors' mirrors - from inferior colour lighting, to poor design features (such as the touch buttons on the mirror, which promote fingers prints - so weird!, to mirrors that protrude without consideration to the aesthetics from all angles, and more).

As Clearlight also build mirrors to custom sizes, the decision just became easy as both bathrooms required unique dimensions. We can honestly say nothing went wrong and the only downside, if we had to find one, was that you have to be prepared to wait. You're likely looking at 8-10 weeks give or take, but it is definitely worth it. We have been so happy to find a brand / products that represent quality, reliability and a more polished finish, all tailored to our space and Australian-made! Mirrors are such features in bathrooms - don't compromise with anything else, you'll regret it! - Thanks Warwick and Jane :)

We ordered two Halo mirrors and could not be happier with them, or the service we received throughout the process of ordering and preparing for installation. Warwick was extremely helpful and answered all our queries. The mirrors are of high quality and very well made. The packaging for shipment is the best we have seen and installation was very straightforward. We have received many compliments on the mirrors, especially from our builder. Great Australian product!
