We had a fantastic experience with Granny Flats Australia while building our owner-occupied granny flat. From the beginning, Rod impressed us with his extensive knowledge and realistic approach to the quote. As the project progressed, we had the pleasure of working with Liz, Martin, Norm, Michael, Chelsea, and Danielle. They consistently surprised us with their seamless teamwork, timely communication, and prompt responses to all our queries. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend!

Overall

Great experience dealing with the team at Granny Flats Australia and would highly recommend! I was not able to be in Australia during this whole process which should have made it more difficult, but I had complete confidence when communicating with the team via phone, email and whatsapp. I was promptly informed at each stage, and shared photos of progress. Upon completion, my family inspected the Granny Flat on my behalf and I am informed it looks great and of high build quality! Overall, I am extremely happy with the process and outcome and would definitely recommend their services.

Overall

Granny Flats Australia just exceeds our expectation in terms of communication and the quality of the product. It started with Chelsea, then Rod, Cid, Liz, accounting team, their foreman and ends with construction project manager, Michael.

I would also like to mention that their contractors went beyond my expectation, especially the plumber. The whole team is very experienced with their work. At the end Michael did an extra-ordinary job with final delivery. We are very happy with the granny flat they built and their service.
