Tagline above says it all. Homeworx have been a brilliant unit to deal with. Starting with Sunny coming home , explaining patiently in detail various options for blinds and dealing in a very courteous manner to exceptional customer service provided by Ravi and team, Homeworx ticked all the boxes and excelled in every department. Besides the beautiful blinds, the price quoted was very competitive.

We had an issue with one of the blind but it was fixed within no time. Issue was nothing to do with the installation which was immaculate but it was the motor that needed to be replaced . Ravi sent his men immediately to fix this. This proved to me that they really care for their customers and would go to any extent to satisfy their customers.

I would highly recommend Homeworx to any prospective customer. Thank you Ravi, Sunny and Team.

Homeworx came out to do a quote, after talking through the options and agreeing to a price the next step was a check measure. During the check measure I was told what was discussed wouldn't work so the first consultation was a total waste of time. The quote increased by $3300 after another meeting. A date and time was organised to do the installation. Two hours after the agreed time I called Homeworx and was told the installation wouldn't be happening due to an injury. Three days later the installation was done but they had to come back to fix the bottom rails and weather strips because they weren't installed correctly. I still think one of the bottom rails has been cut too short and they also cracked one of the tiles around my pool. They didn't measure the side channel location correctly and now I have two rows of wall plugs you can see in my brickwork. I reported this to the company and was told they would come out to inspect but never did. I definitely wouldn't recommend Homeworx.
Once they saw my review they fixed the bottom rail that was cut short.

We found Homeworx via Google and were keen to have them quote based on all the good reviews. Ravi came and provide a measure and quote for outdoor blinds. The price was competitive compared to the three others we received but we felt confident Homeworx could provide the attention to detail we were seeking. We were able to attend the showroom to see, and go through our quote with respect to optional extras or if changes were needed.
Ravi delivered on time, on budget and with an excellent installation service. Everyone from Ravi to the installation staff were nothing but helpful. We can vouch that the Google reviews are genuine. We highly recommend Homeworx for blind installation at your home.
