Ordered online, no tracking information supplied and nothing arrived after 3 weeks, Contacted via email and no reply after 5 days. Drove to my local shop to pickup the parts I needed instead, I suggest you do the same.

What a nightmare !
Thought i'd support a local business for a small home project and got burned.Their website crashed on checkout - went through order process again successfully. Heard nothing for weeks so contacted them after seeing i'd been charged twice on my bank statement. Daniel says no record of online order. Confirmed three times by my bank that payment was made and sent him the screenshots but he couldn't find the funds and refused to give a refund. Gave me some sob story about why poor small business has to suffer - what about the customer 149.90 still out of pocket over a year later !
Now taking them to NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal to get my hard earned money back.
Buyers beware !

13May2023 - follow up to sellers response -
The fact is i sent you a copy of my banks position, which is that they Don't reverse transactions for non-delivery - only fraud.
Also when a pc server crashes it would show in the log - easy to verify.
I didn't just imagine buying the item !
People can make up their own mind and this has obviously cost me more in wasted time chasing a refund - but i'm not giving up.
Why should the customer be out of pocket if your website stuffs up and you've got no record of the sale ?
Bank has repeatedly verified payment was made to your account - screenshot attached.

No parking for 5 kms, The prices are good but do not think you can just drop by there and pick/clear something up. Get it delivered or take the bus unless you work in the industrial area. Spent 25 driving from within CBC and another 10 trying to find parking but gave up, have bought online before with no problems.
