these guys are great. I've ordered through them a few times now, and have been thrilled with customer service. Being a site supervisor I'm not an expert in every single trade, so sometimes ordering materials, like insulation for example can be a bit tricky, knowing the standard R Values that are kept in stock. Pricewise have always helped me find the best price and the most appropriate product to meet my BASIX requirements.

Today I dealt with Christine who was polite and patient, and knew what she was talking about. Thanks again.

We few weeks ago, I placed an order for some Earthwool. I found the prices to be competitive and the information and videos on the website we very informative. I placed the order and was called the next day to say there was no stock. Apparently there were notices that I did not properly see during my ordering process. Regardless, that is not how a real ecommerce website should be operating. If your inventories are low, I should not have been able to order the product - end of story!

This was all 3 weeks ago and I have to admit I have been feeling pretty ticked off at your company.

However, today, I got a call from a young lady saying she was out the front of our place with our order. You have a seriously good person working for you doing your deliveries. She totally turned my opinion of your company around. Whatever you do, don't let this young lady ever leave - she is the glue that held this order, and CUSTOMER satisfaction together.

We now have the insulation and our building works can resume. Thanks.
