There needs to be an option for zero stars - there is not one good word I have to say about this company - I WOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They have caused immense problems for my family and are refusing to fix the DEFECTS in our apartment (they have poor workmanship and horrible finishes). A NSW fair trading officer has confirmed the defects, yet DECODE are refusing to fix their mistake. I warn you to never use this company, I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. They are not worth the headache. Do not use them for any building projects or purchase apartments built by them, as the finishes are awful and no where near the standard of a luxury apartment. AVOID DECODE - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Need to review their customer service principles. Tried multiple phone lines across a whole day period, to no avail - only to received an email stating their response time and no disregard of any of my voicemails or previous emails.

Working with decode group to rectify the defects. It did take almost one year (11 months) to get a shower screen installed properly so that we could access the shower BUT the installed a lovely shower screen in the end.
