The installer has visited my place for inspection, and he also explained how he is going to install the panels as soon as they are scheduled after I sign the contract. I am satisfied with their work. They made a clean finish.

I've only had bad experiences with this company, and Brendon, Thomas and Nick specifically. Brendon pushes you to sign contract on the spot, but the team is then completely incapable to deliver on the same contract. Communication (if any) is extremely poor, personal details are being shared without consent, installers are trespassing for unannounced inspections. Ability to walk out of the contract 4 weeks after them failing to install panels is the best experience I had with this company. Based on my experiences, I recommend everyone to avoid signing a contract in the first place.

I installed a 10 kilowatt solar panel in Aus Solar a few days ago. A few days after the contract was signed, the work proceeded quickly, and the people who installed it did very well. And they were very gentle and nice. To be honest, another company installed solar panels my next door, but it doesn't look neat. So far, I'm very happy with Aus Solar.
