Our automatic garage door opener suddenly stopped working yesterday. I called the manufacturer and they referred me to Door Systems Australia. Vicky was simply amazing! She offered valuable advice over the phone of the possible causes of the opener not working. She also emailed to me instructions on hour to reset the door limits. I followed the instructions but couldn’t resolve the problem. Vicki was quick to organise a service call the next day (today) and even helped with a solution to temporarily secure the door. Peter turned up today and quickly established the cause (track chain stuck in motor) and rectified it. He also serviced the whole track. The ultimate charge was very reasonable. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this company and their obvious high ethical values. Very highly recommended.

We had rolla doors fitted with a steel post installed and door systems Australia were the only business out of 5 that I called which were happy and helpful to do the job. From coming out and quoting all the way through to the installation, the whole team had a can do attitude and very professional and cleaned everything up. 10 out of 10 the best business I have ever delt with. I am so pleased that there are still honest businesses around. I had many other Garage door installer come and give me a quote and they had a very bad attitudes and the quotes were so high that I almost gave up hope. I found DSA by chance and Robert came out and measured up and took photos, he was a very nice guy, friendly and professional.. He was so honest and he did not rush he took photos and measured up and said the quote would be emailed. Within 2 days I got the quote and honestly it was less than I expected.

Within 2 weeks they were ready to installed and they sent out Peter, Anthony and Paul.. what a team.. friendly, professional, polite and very funny.

They did a great job and they were pedantic with their workmanship and they cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was satisfied before they took off.

The whole experience with DSA was flawless. I cannot fault them

Honestly I will certainly recommend DSA to all my family and friends

I Honestly say you guys deserve more than 5 stars.. I have had 4 quotes prior to calling DSA, 2 of the 4 would say that it is impossible to change from a tilt lift opening to panel lift and the other 2 would say yes it can be done, but I did not feel comfortable giving my business to them as they had a very bad attitude. Then I found DSA and Robert came out within a few days and measured up, took photos and said that it can be done. He was straight and honest to the point and gave me a positive feeling and I like his professionalism and honesty..

The ladies that took my calls Trudi and Vicki were so friendly and they told me it was only 10% dep only unlike the others that wanted full amount before starting anything.

Anthony, Paul and Peter came out and installed both garage door and their workmanship was impeccable. They work so well together and were very polite and friendly guys, they did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward and even wiped the panel door thoroughly and swept the garage after them. They made sure that I was happy with their work before they left.

I would honestly recommend DSA over and over again.

Thank you so so very much, Vicky and your son, Peter, for your prompt, amazing service. On Thursday, my garage door stopped working causing me such stress. It was an emergency and going through google trying to find a repairer who won’t rip me off was an almost impossible task. They all said replace motor which would be steep for a single mum like me. Everyone I rang seemed to be frothing at the mouth seeing dollars. Vicky however, asked for photos of the springs etc and saw the problem immediately, quoted me very reasonably, sent her son at 9.30am the very next day. It wasn’t the springs, didn’t need a new motor, it just needed a service and Peter gave me some advice and explained the issue. I am so grateful to you both, for your honesty, quality service and work, your ethics are way up there! I saved your number in my phone. You’ll be servicing my garage door on a yearly basis. My whole network of friends and family will be given your details with recommendations from me. Family business with such honesty and professionalism is rare. You know your stuff.
