Building our first home is a tedious but very rewarding experience. Every stage is like pieces of a puzzle falling into place. Since we are grasping our way through the process of building, Owner Inspections gave us the peace of mind that our house despite some areas needing rectification is otherwise a very good house. An assurance goes a long way and makes us feel that we made the right choices. Ty Pearson provided us with a detailed report the same day he did the inspection. He is very accommodating and patient with answering all our questions and understanding our concerns. We are very happy with our decision to make Owner Inspections a part of our building journey.

The inspection was very thorough and inspector was very professional.
Shortly after the inspection I was provided with a detailed email with photos and suggestions moving forward. This allowed me to estimate the cost of some repairs and factor that into my budget.

I booked in and Owner Inspections communicated with the real estate to organise a time to complete the inspection.

Owner Inspections is a very professional company and its employees are conscientious and responsible.We had an inspection on April 2024. Our inspector was Ibrahim. He was very professional. He carefully searched for many defects in the house and finally gave us a report of more than 90 pages. The report was really helpful. We sent the report to the builder and ask to fix the defects. Will come back for the final inspection again. Definitely worthy the money!

Owner inspections are great. We have just had our pre plaster inspection. Their communication is excellent. We received plenty of emails prior to our inspection with detailed explanations of what would happen. We had a detailed report your inspector seemed to have good knowledge. We received our report that day. They found many defects and a major defect. We are very happy with owner inspection and would definitely recommend.
