What a joke, 11:30 at night and these people are running their machine with no one in it and only a Ute far away for 20 minutes right next to a multi story apartment. Then multiple trucks come by to unload and load their machines as they please at whatever time on Jenkins Road in Carlingford. Two nights in a row now and this is just a joke. Move your machines! Going to call the council tomorrow!
