Overall

Steve and his team did an amazing job on two frameless shower screens for my recent bathroom and ensuite renovation.

I really appreciated Steve’s willingness to share advice and recommendations, particularly the importance of working with a great tiler, and he was also happy to provide names of quality tilers as well.

Steve worked with the tiler to ensure that the shower screens would have the best fit and look, even with a more complex space in one of the bathrooms.

Steve was incredibly responsive to all communications and completed the job quicker than I expected.

I would recommend Steve for anyone who is looking for a high-quality job.

I hired this people to install a shower screen in my bathroom.
What a disaster !!!! They broke 1 of the tiles saying it is not their fault,the tile was
faulty ???? I called David (the manager) and he is so rude,he said evErything was in their terms and conditions so I have to read them.They don`t take responsibility at all.
What an awful company.Now I am contacting Fair Trading and Current Affair to let everyone know.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A REAL RUBBISH!!!!
Now I spoke with David and he said he will report me to the Fair Trading.Not sure what he is going to report to them? Am I their customer or ?
SO ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE,IF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO FAIR TRADING FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THIS COMPANY DOES TO YOUR BATHROOM !!! CAN`T BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
