Terrible experiences with this firm. Substandard workmanship and lack the skills to do a professional job. Ruined our beautiful furniture. Worst upholsterer we have ever used. Be very careful not to pay them anything up front.

I was searching for a good reupholster to make my old rocking chair shine again…After reading the many reviews on Absolute Upholstery, I was confident I have found the right upholster. The chair turned out so well, I also had two cushions made with the left over fabrics…Judge for yourself! Beautiful work...Cheers

Had a sofa set reupholstered in Dec 2021 for 6k.

Since then a few things had to be fixed like the Seat cushions for example, which was done for free.

They said they couldn’t amend the sofa’s back cushion and gave us a few throw pillows which have become misshapen

Overall, I don’t think I’m super satisfied for the price paid. There’s lumps in the arms on the sofa and armchairs and the back cushions have always been a bit off/lopsided/incorrectly sized.

Friendly staff but I personally wouldn’t use this business again. Ultimately wish that I bought a different sofa set or used another company.

I was really happy with my Absolute Upholstery experience. Quoting was done on photos in a reasonable time. Timeframe for job completion was reasonable. Delivery was offered but drop off and pickup was also available if you like to save money by doing labour yourself. The end products both look great (before and after photos of each supplied with this review). Pricing felt reasonable—around $350 for both items—plus the satisfaction that they are being reused, not going into landfill. Humans—Danny and Jaz—were nice and friendly. Thank you!
