Sales Team:

Solar Galaxy was fantastic! The entire process, from consultation to installation, was smooth and professional. The team was knowledgeable and punctual. Installed my solar in less than a week. I paid deposit on Monday and they installed solar on Saturday. I would like to specially thank the sales manager, Mark, for helping me choose the right plan. He explained everything I asked about in detail. Also, thank you to Adam, Vicky, and Jessica. The only annoying part was the frequent calls asking for a review, but other than that, everything has been great so far.

Installation Team:

A big thank you to Khai and his team for installing the solar system. They went above and beyond during the installation. Khai even found one of my power points was faulty and replaced it for free. When I offered him money for it, he said, “You were nice to me earlier, so it’s my turn.” It’s rare to find someone like him in today’s world.

I recently had solar panels installed by Solar Galaxy and am very pleased with the experience. John Walker deserves a 10/10 for his exceptional service. He was easy to communicate with and always accessible. The consultation was informative, and he provided a clear proposal with cost. The installation team was punctual and professional, completing the work ahead of schedule and leaving the site clean.

Since the installation, my energy bills have dropped significantly, and the system is performing well. I highly recommend Solar Galaxy for their expertise and excellent customer service.

I found the service to be cost-effective with a fast quote and quick turnaround. The installation went smoothly. However, be prepared for follow-up requests for a Google review after installation. I installed a 7.5kW system paired with a 5kW inverter. This setup is beneficial for days with lower solar generation, though on sunny days, the output will be limited to 5kW.

I have been installed the 35 days now, actually every day is working very in order, I have a three phase system which input may be 60 percent higher than two phase , it’s very good company, charge reasonably price more KW power output more than any other company, I would rated this 4 and half stars.
