Overall

We needed to change our energy supply details.
After 70 minutes on the phone yesterday to our current supplier and many mixed messages, I rang Zembl today and connected with Alix Crosby.
Something that was impossible yesterday has been done with ease today. I have secured a new supplier at a far better rate.
Alix was patient and informative in an area that can be quite daunting. A very satisfied customer. Well done Alix.

This is such an easy way to compare and get a better deal on electricity suppliers. Send Zembl your invoices and they do all the hard work and come back with better options. All done over the phone and then a confirmation email to sign off. Takes 5 minutes to save money and the staff are super helpful and you are assigned your own contact who you can reach out to at any time. My contact is Dominic Hall. he reviews the invoices every 3 months, and provides best deals available and when works for me, he calls me to go through the technical stuff. All done and signed up within 5 minutes. Let the savings begin!

I've never used Zembl before, but I didn't want to spend the time researching better rates myself and didn't want to find myself feeling pushed by a supplier's salesperson, so I gave them a go. I was surprisingly impressed. I dealt with a delightful woman, called Deena (Blain) who not only explained the process and made it easy, she managed to reduce the rates on 4 accounts, business and personal potentially saving not just a few hundred dollars, but into the thousands of dollars a year. I've signed up for Zembl to search for cheaper options on a regular basis as I will certainly use their services in the future.

ZEMBL are now in my diary to contact every 3 - 6 months to check on our electricity and gas plans. Dominic Hall has been so fabulous to deal with and easy to get hold of. The process is so simple and easy and Dominic made sure I understood and was happy with the change in plans - whether with a new provider or renewing with the same provider. I have dealt with him 3 times now and he has great customer service. I highly recommend Zembl.
