Joanne was very helpful - she told us clearly and step by step how to re-set the motor so that our mobile phones were able to be connected again. We do use this capability so its nice to have it back. Thank you!
I had a problem with the remote fobs not operating our garage door. I rang the B & D technical support number. Jo-Anne answered the phone and talked me through the solution. Note I created the problem by disabling the remote access on my phone without realizing this, basically I am not very tech savvy. Jo-Anne was wonderful over the phone, helpful, very patient and understanding. I wish more companies could provide this level of phone help assistance. Please keep up this outstanding support.

I spoke with Jo who was one of the most helpful service operators I have ever spoken too. She was amazing, one of your best people. Cannot praise her enough. I am not very computer savvy and Jo was so patient with me and helped me through with a great result. Kindest Regards Tracey SKEPPSTROM

Belle from b&d provided a helpful, amazing service today over the phone. Was fast and provided good tips for our garage door moving forward. She explained things well in terms I could understand not being in the industry. Thanks belle I really appreciated your help and guidence today !
