Update. After being assured in writing by Cobuild that damage would be fixed we are approaching 4months and are yet to see any movement. Their relationships are for life but all negative. Not your typical, because they won’t accept responsibility.
Create conflict, damage reputations, dodge responsibility and disappear into the dust.

Always taking the short cut and looking for the easy way out.
No foresight or planning skills
And never any responsibility taken when things inevitably go wrong. If their work had no impact on anyone else it would be laughable, the concern is that others safety and livelihood is in the hands of these cowboys.
In an industry that is all about earning trust by being able to do what you say, Cobild comes in last place.

Purchasers of apartments, be aware of this builder. Bad quality buildings built by this builder, terrible to deal with, bully the residents when reported about the defects in the building. When there is an issue of defect that requires immediate attention, requires multiple and constant follow ups to talk to anyone in this organisation. This builder is worst ever, once they know you report a problem , they block your phone number and never pick up your phone again. The aftercare person never answers her call and never return emails. I am ready to fight with you, you need to fix my water leaking issues no matter how you ignore people if you are still in the industry and doing your business.

They deserve less than one star. Worst builder in the industry. don't respond to calls poor quality work and bad at their job. If you want to have the worst experience and poor finish they are your people. mostly of the reviews on their website is from their employees and not customers. It has been more then a year and we are still trying to get thing fixed. They always ask you to send rectification to their aftercare but never pickup phones or respond in a timely fashion. When they book appointments mostly never turn-up. I can go on but I believe you can get the picture.
