Worst experience ever..!!moved from Sydney to Perth and dealing with incompetent people that they not speak English properly.
Firstly I booked the service seventh months before and I found really hard to comunicate with the company because most of the time my phone calls and emails were answered after 2/4 days. The removalist that come over my property to pick up my items worked very slow making sure to make more working hour. Some of my items arrived ruined at destination.
I would not recommend this service to anyone that it think that is worth for money.

If I could give minus stars, I would.

We moved from Adelaide to Brisbane and literally ended up thousands of dollars out of pocket with nowhere to live for a week.

We were quoted 2-7 days for the move, which ended up taking them 15 days, leaving us homeless for a week. And the price quoted incuded three hours loading time but we got two of the slowest moving removalists I've ever seen, so that we ended up paying extra hours. They also severely underestimated the amount of space we would need when they did the inventory, resulting in us having to leave half our furniture behind in Adelaide and replace it all new in Queensland because there was no room in the container to transport it. This was despite the fact that we'd filed in a full inventory for them.

And, as an added bonus, they double charged me the payment fee, helping themselves to my stored credit card details after my first payment, then actually tried to charge me the $40 payment processing fee when they refunded the money they weren't entitled to.

So, if you want to end up homeless, ripped off and with no furniture, these are the removalists for you.

Overall

I usually don't leave reviews but I am totally impressed by the service of move only. I organized a move for my relatives who don't speak English. The customer service is second to none. The manager Max is very easy to deal with. He explained everything in detail to me and keep me updated and informed.

The pickup workers are very friendly and took good care of the furniture. I was not there for the delivery, the workers were able to communicate with my relatives and all stuff arrived without any damages or scratches!

My overall experience is 100% will definitely use again!

Move only exceeded my expectations! Their team was not only friendly but also maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Guys were on time for pick up and delivery. Items were secured with blankets prior to loading. I will highly recommend their services and will undoubtedly turn to them again in the future.

Overall

Absolutely perfect, on price, service, reliability and communication. We booked a back of load from Sydney to Melbourne on the understanding that it would arrive a few days later (which it did)

We also requested specific times for pick up as we had to clean and vacate the property straight after it was moved out, before driving to Melbourne - and they arrived spot on in the morning with a call nearly an hour before to tell us what time they would arrive.

Both ends were seamless, they were by far the cheapest we had researched and Albert was amazing, even though I was getting a little stressed about things going wrong.

Everything was blanket wrapped well, no breakages whatsoever and they absolutely made the most of the space we had allocated.

5 stars, 10/10, A++, whatever the highest ranking is then YES.

Highly recommend.
