Do not come in with high expectations of this developer or their people, happy to take your money and run - service is non-existent and your left disappointed by unfulfilled promises.
Have been chasing my landscaping rebate for 4 months and after confirming that my submission had been processed and ready for deposit of funds I am still waiting, calls and emails being ignored.
Would suggest you consider strongly before jumping into a deal with Dacland.

Unethical bunch of liars that are happy to take deposits from people and not deliver on their promises. The Manzeene Village estate is an absolute joke, delay after delay and lie after lie. Those who attended their Community Update information session in Lara tonight and had the privilege of being lied to to our faces instead of our emails not being responded to. Title is 2 years late at this point with no end in sight. Stay well clear if you actually want to receive the service you paid for. Would highly recommend if you enjoy being treated like you dont exist.

Really disappointed! The promises were huge but they do not seem to deliver anything. People are living in the estate for more than a year with no parks and no maintenance of the estate. Kids are not getting the opportunity to meet the kids of their age in the parks and make friends from the neighborhood as their are no parks. There is no way Parents or Grandparents who cannot drive, could take the kids and and relax within the community. All the nearby estates are beautified even before people start moving in for the initial stages. But not with Rothwell at least! It still seems like it is a construction site even though quite a few stages have settled! So much delays and evertime a promising answer but no action.

Worst ever developer, with their disgusting guidelines ,poor communication should be banned in Australia to run business.
after they sold the land to you they didn’t even negotiate on those stupid guidelines, from last three months they didn’t approve my building design. I just advice all buyers wherever they sold their land don’t buy from them otherwise you will regret your decision as they ruin all your dreams.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM DACLAND!!!!

BTW LAND DELAYED BY ALMOST TWO YEARS AND NO END IN SIGHT!

They are worse than mafia! You go and question them about delay they slap you with solicitor letter making you a trespasser.

Developer who doesn't have your interest at heart. Land delayed by almost 6 months and yet they take their time on the ground by just having two diggers to do the work...

Stay far away from them if you need your land on time. It's a fact that we buyers are facing delays. Look at all their developments it's delayed! and more delays!!!

I wish i could give zero stars!!!!
