We contacted Optiscreen to inquire about installing doors at the end of our veranda. We new that this would not be one of their standard installations and after some discussions with Stephen we came up with a design. After the doors and frame were made Nathan rang to arrange the installation and complete the job.
We are extremely happy with both quality of the product and the installation and would Highly recommend Optiscreen to anyone who is looking to use their screens and doors.

OptiScreen were great to deal with. They took time to talk through available options and we settled on a combination of fixed panels, sliding door, bi-folding door and awning panels.
We’ve had them for over 6 weeks and are happy with how they turned out. We’re yet to see how they will perform throughout the year but we have had 1 storm with 130 km/h winds so far which they withstood which was promising to see.

I will point out that optiScreen are not meant to be a fully waterproof solution, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised to see how well they’ve performed against rain and its ability to keep the elements out.

We would highly recommend optiScreen to anyone looking at enclosing an outdoor area as it gives you the flexibility to entertain and use the space all year round.

A huge thanks to Stephen and his installation man (Sali?) who went above and beyond in installing our screens in record time. Whatever issue we had thereafter was quickly resolved or rectified to our expectations.

The installed bi-fold doors look absolutely amazing on our verandah and we were very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff we have dealt with at Optiscreen.

Stephen, thank you for your patience in helping us to select the right colour, coming out twice to measure and follow up. Also allowing us to visit your show/factory to discuss the products with your very knowledgeable staff member.

We wanted to especially thank the installer Qwan for his hard work and diligence in erecting the frame and putting up the bi-fold doors. Also, for demonstrating how to open/close the bi-folds and allowing us to video tape this process to help us in the future.

We definitely will need to practice opening and closing and moving the bi-folds doors, but we are pleased with the flexible options the Optiscreen doors provide.

Overall, we are very impressed by Optiscreen and the great customer service provided. It is good have good old fashion genuine customer service.

The team at Optiscreen were friendly, professional, polite, practical and extremely helpful through the entire process.

They not only recommended the best system for our outdoor deck but they practically and suitably custom designed what we needed.
They then supplied and installed a long life quality product with a no fuss can do attitude that has transformed our outdoor area into an amazing outdoor/indoor area that is not only a fantastic weather proof entertaining area but also a safe play area for our grand children.
