I paid my account on 28th July 2023. I have the receipt from Access Software. I have sent numerous emails with the receipt attached, as well as contacting the accounts department. However despite this and my attempts to lay this matter to rest, I keep getting bombarded with emails requesting payment for an account which I have already paid. Not only is this infuriating when it is 9 months after my account has been paid, I am still being asked for payment when I have forwarded the receipt from Acess Software.
