Probably the worst customer service I’ve had going into any store. The “show room” was dirty with random items scattered all around the place.

Was a waste of time going there. I’d asked for a quote over the phone after detailed description of what I was after, but told to come visit in person. Was then given a quote for double the standard rate for an off cut material that I hadn’t actually asked for.
Maybe don’t advertise that you are willing to sell off cuts at a “discounted price” and then seem very disinterested once someone takes you up on it.

At first we thought we thought we had struck a great deal. Paid deposit but nothing after! Took three separate days off to have templates made with all three missed without so much as a phone call to apologise. On eventual attendance, we could not unfortunately proceed as expected but offered an alternative (overlay), but later stated even this could not be done then said it could be done. Credit where due though - the easiest thing was getting our deposit back.
