Tony on the sales team was fantastic. He helped me select an amazing tile for the space and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He even had their tiler do a mock layout for the floor plan so that we knew exactly how many to order. Due to the housing delays, Tony was kind enough to keep my tiles safe in the Perth Warehouse for an extended period of time at no charge. Great service and such a pleasure to deal with!
Bruce was the tiler recommended by Tony. What an amazing job he did. Massive 900x900 tiles that not many tilers would lay. His attention to detail was incredible. Extremely pleased with the service end to end! thanks again!
