Such a professional, responsive and helpful team. I contacted Cottage Surveys to obtain advice regarding subdividing our property. They went out of their way to assist us with exploring options and explaining the process. When undertaking the actual survey of our property they were polite, on time and extremely thorough!

Communication between office and staff could potentially be better. Contour done, repegged missed yet invoiced. 10 weeks from booking to completion, thankfully no rush.

I've used Cottage twice now, the first time 4 years ago when I was building a house on the block behind my existing home and the 2nd time to subdivide my block in readiness to sell the house.
Both experiences have been wonderfully positive and supportive. Cottage were always there to answer my questions, explain the process and offer advice every step of the way with friendliness and professionalism.
If you have the need for a surveyor then I'd highly recommend them. You won't do better anywhere else.

25+ years of using Cottage and as a designer I feel they are still the best surveys to work from when designing as the information paints the picture of what's on site. Other surveyors lack so much vital information that I find them annoying to work from. I highly recommend Cottage and to make them even better they have added "AS BUILT" existing building surveys including interior rooms to their services on offer. Perfect for both commercial and residential buildings, saving me the time and money of me doing my own site measure. I would give Cottage 10 stars but 5 is unfortunately the max.

For something I thought was going to be messy and maybe even beyond my understanding it was incredibly easy and very professional.
