I required a survey and so went about getting quotes through 4 different local surveying companies through their websites.
Contour Survey replied within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote.
Despite no response from the other 3 quote requests I contacted them. First said they were too busy and gave contact details of another company. The next claimed to have sent an email (I checked all my filters and they hadn't) and then proceeded to list off a series of charges that far exceeded the quote I had received from CS. The last didn't even bother to answer.
When Kevin from CS arrived he was prompt, professional and went above and beyond our needs.
I highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.
