We had our bathroom fans replaced as they sounded like airplanes taking off. Some electrical repair and most importantly some new speakers added. Katie is a rock star and the whole team did great work. Very professional and she likes our cats so that makes this a 6 star. I whole heartedly recommend them.

No electricity running to the furnace. The Furnace pros advised I call an electrician after doing several diagnostics.
I found All Red Electric LTD., they came in less than an hour; low and behold my furnace is working again. Fast, efficient, friendly people. They even help to turn on the furnace. We hired All Red to do some electrical outlets and lights in our basement. Katie convinced me that we should put dimmer switches in the room that will eventually be an entertainment room. After the install one of these dimmer switches shocked me pretty good. Katie came out and replaced the switch. A couple months later we noticed that dimmer switch was causing surges to a pre-existing light in another room. Every time this dimmer switch was used, the other light would glow and flicker. We called All Red as the work they did was still under warranty. Katie decided that the “ghosting” had nothing to do with the dimmer switch, even though that was the only time that light had any issues. Katie blamed the issue on the light fixture, claiming the soldering was poor and that it’s because the light fixture was bought at Home Depot. That light fixture had no issue for years until Katie added dimmer switches on the same circuit in the other room. All Red was called out to investigate the dimmer switch that was under warranty and without permission changed the wiring to the light in a separate room that was affected by the dimmer switch. We ended up having to replace the light fixture that the dimmer switch on that circuit fried. We also ended up with a $200 bill from All Red for the visit and unauthorized work that Katie did. After the visit we had the cost of removing the dimmer switches so we don’t end up with more issues on that circuit. The work All Red did was sloppy. Things were done without permission. When I let Katie know that I was unhappy with the surprise bill, she wanted to explain to me why I had called her out in the first place. I was very clear with my call to both her boss and Katie that it was to investigate the dimmer switch. Katie was very rude on the phone and I let her know and then told her I was done discussing it. She continued her unprofessional behaviour by texting and calling again after I had clearly stated I was done. I would not recommend them at all.
