Just got a new section to my gutter installed and I’m happy to say I am very pleased with the job. Amir was the technician who did the installation and he was very professional and quick on the job. Overall, I recommend the gutter doctors.

Overall

I just had a great experience with Ali from Gutter Doctor. Very friendly and knowledgeable, fixed my gutter in minutes, and most importantly, didn't try to make the job out to be bigger than it was just to make a buck. It's hard to find good, honest customer service these days. Thank you Ali!

By email I requested a quote to replace my gutters. I received a confirmation of the request and was advised that it would be a few weeks before anyone would be able to get out. I was also advised that I would get a phone call prior to anyone coming out, the next day a gentleman showed up at the door and said he was from the Gutter Doctor, he had on a golf shirt indicating the same. I showed him what gutters needed to be replaced, the front and 2 sides. He said I would get an estimate in a few days. I did receive an estimate and I thought it was reasonable, I signed the estimate approving the work. An email was received confirming that I was in the queue and again it would be a few weeks. A few days later I was contacted by a technician setting up his time for the next day. This is where I was not impressed, the technician arrives and immediately advises that the quote was wrong, only the front and 1 side was included and the other side had to be done, up went the price. After he installed the gutters he said that I needed something else for an additional cost. I asked why this was not included in the estimate. He referred to the caveat on the estimate, talk about upselling. I declined. The work was completed and I requested a receipt for the additional cost, he advised that the office would be doing that. After a few days and still no receipt of payment I contacted the office by email and was told that everything takes time. I finally did get the receipts. I also found large screws that were used in the install on the ground where I park my vehicle. I sent a photo of the screws expressing my concern with respect to tardy clean up and received no response. All in all Gutter Doctor did the job, the estimate was off by one side, upselling seems part of their business and the clean up left something to be desired.

I recently had my gutters cleaned and repaired and had gutter guards supplied and installed by Gutter Doctor. Jeff provided me with a fair and accurate estimate and performed all the work at my house. He was always friendly and approachable and explained exactly what needed to be done and when they would be available to perform the work. He was on time and did a great job on all aspects of the project. I would have no problem recommending Gutter Doctor to anyone based on the services I received.

I highly recommend Gutter Doctor. Nabi contacted me every step of the way, very punctual and polite. When he arrived to start the job he explained the process and went over the quote again. He worked by himself and until the job was complete. At every step he showed me pictures and sent me videos of before and after. If you call this company ask for Nabi.
